In Japan, there is an event called Tanabata which is festibal of stars. In Japan in the 18th century, it was believed that if they collected dew from eddo leaves, made ink by it, and wrote their wishes, their wishes would come true.

It is important that such a cultural event was able to allow by peaceful society by political stability.
